Joycelyn Gaut Coleman is a retired congressional staffer, who dedicated many years of her life serving in the US House of Representatives. She is also a committed member of Ebenezer A.M.E. Church, located in Fort Washington, Maryland, where she engages in spiritual and community service.
Joycelyn is an avid reader with a particular interest in historical nonfiction. She is also a member of the Between the Covers Book Club and enjoys connecting with others to discuss and explore literature. In her free time, she dabbles in writing poetry and loves to travel, always seeking new experiences and perspectives that broaden her understanding of the world.
Today, while retired from her congressional role, Joycelyn Gaut Coleman remains a dedicated member of her community, continuously seeking to make a positive impact through her volunteer work and personal interests.
