LaDonna Gaut – DEI Program Manager and Advocate for Educational Equity

LaDonna Gaut is a passionate and accomplished Road to College and Cornell certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Program Manager. With a deep-rooted commitment to educational access and social justice, LaDonna has forged a dynamic career dedicated to empowering underrepresented communities and fostering inclusive environments.

Armed with a bachelor's degree in Criminology and a master's in Behavioral Science, LaDonna's journey began as a classroom educator in underserved neighborhoods. Recognizing the stark inequalities students faced, LaDonna's mission evolved into bridging the educational opportunity gap. Her expertise in college and career readiness and DEI led her to attain certification in the prestigious Cornell University’s Diversity and Inclusion program.

As a DEI Program Manager, LaDonna collaborates with schools, community organizations, and corporate partners to design and implement transformative initiatives. Leveraging her specialized training, she facilitates workshops and training sessions that equip community groups, students, and professionals with the tools to create more inclusive spaces.
