Tondra Tenille Sneed was born and raised in Longview, Texas, where her compassion for others and deep sense of community began to take shape early in life. A proud graduate of the University of North Texas, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business and Accounting Essentials from Grand Canyon University.
In 2019, Tondra’s life took an unexpected turn when she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Not long after, she endured the heartbreaking loss of her son. These back-to-back events brought her to a place of profound reflection. They forced her to pause, reexamine her priorities, and look at the world around her in a new way. In that quiet space of grief and healing, she began to recognize the deeper needs in her community—and felt compelled to respond. What once felt like devastation slowly evolved into a renewed sense of purpose.
Motivated by this personal transformation, Tondra turned her focus to helping others, especially those often overlooked. She became deeply involved in volunteer service, driven by a desire to bring comfort, dignity, and support to people in need. One of her greatest passions is caring for the elderly. Whether it’s providing transportation, delivering meals, or simply being present, Tondra offers meaningful assistance with genuine empathy and warmth.
She is equally passionate about empowering youth. Inspired by the dreams her son never had the chance to pursue, Tondra has made it her mission to support high school students preparing for adulthood. She sees potential in every young person and believes they deserve guidance, encouragement, and the opportunity to dream without limits.
Tondra is known for her quiet strength, heartfelt compassion, and unwavering commitment to service. She believes that even the most painful moments can be used to spark positive change. Through her work, she continues to honor her journey by lifting others up—one life, one act of kindness at a time.
